Spring Party!

It's spring! Everything is growing! Children will decorate a pot and sow some seeds to take home and grow. We will play bouncy spring games and play pass the plant pot (our version of pass the parcel!). Play spring animal eye-spy and have your face painted with beautiful blossoms or spring chicks!

Suggested ages: 3-5 years old

Summer Fun!

It's summer and everything is blooming! Celebrate the work of the honey bee by seeing some real honey comb, and hearing about their amazing life cycle. Children will make and decorate their own beeswax candle to take home. Children will play 'pass the hive' (our version of pass the parcel) and 'team bee' game collecting everything that a honey bee needs. Children can also make a pollination station to attract pollinating insects into their garden at home.

Autumn Party!

Summer is over, but autumn is equally as colourful! Children will hear about the changes that happen to the natural world at this time of year and make a beautiful autumn leaf lantern to light the dark evenings. There are plenty of autumn games, including a autumn obstacle race and autumn eye-spy, the winner will be crowned the Autumn King or Queen.

Winter Fun!

We will fill you full of winter wonder! Find out how some animals and insects survive the winter in hibernation. Make abird feeder for the wildlife in your garden.Play lots of games; fling a snowball and dress a snowman/snowlady. Children will also get to make their own hot chocolate from scratch and hear how we have been drinking it for hundreds of years!
